Setup & installation

Plug PestPro into any standard wall outlet between knee and shoulder height. Avoid hiding it behind furniture — sound waves travel best in open space. The blue LED on the front confirms the unit is active.

One unit covers up to 1,200 sq ft of open space per floor. Walls and large furniture block ultrasonic waves, so plan one unit per floor and per major room. For most homes, 2–4 units do the job.

Not behind curtains, not behind couches, not inside cabinets. Hallways, entryways and rooms where pests have been seen are ideal. Sockets between 60–150 cm off the floor are perfect.

First, try a different outlet to rule out a wall socket issue. If the LED still doesn't come on, contact us — we'll replace the unit under our 2-year warranty.

PestPro draws less than 1W — under $1 per year of electricity. You can leave it plugged in 24/7.

Yes — but for best results, give each unit at least 7 days in one location. Pests need consistent exposure to relocate.

How it works

PestPro emits cycling ultrasonic frequencies between 22 kHz and 65 kHz. Rodents and insects perceive these as overwhelming noise and leave the area. Because the frequencies cycle, pests can't adapt.

Most customers report a dramatic drop in activity within 7–10 days. Heavy infestations can take 3–4 weeks to fully clear. Keep the unit plugged in continuously.

Mice, rats, squirrels, roaches, ants, spiders, silverfish, earwigs, and crickets. Less effective against bed bugs, fleas, and flying insects.

No — adult humans don't hear above ~20 kHz. PestPro starts at 22 kHz. Some children, dogs and cats can occasionally hear the lowest sweeps but show no signs of distress.

Pets & safety

Yes. The frequency range is calibrated above the comfort threshold of cats and dogs. Independent testing shows no behavioral changes after 30 days of continuous exposure.

Small rodent pets share hearing ranges with the pests we target — we recommend not using PestPro in the same room as a pet rodent. One floor of separation is sufficient.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After that, we've handed it off to the warehouse and we can only handle it as a return.
